Q: How can I choose to receive or no longer receive the Trust’s annual report and/or half year report?
A: This can be requested by writing to the Registry or, if you are an existing unitholder, online at http://www.investorcentre.com/au.

Q: How do I give notification of my Tax File Number (TFN)?
A: Advice of TFNs can be made over the phone or in writing to the Registry or online at http://www.investorcentre.com/au/tfn. You may choose not to provide your TFN, but if you do not provide your TFN your distribution may be taxed at the highest marginal rate.

Q: How do I change my address or bank details?
A: To do this, you need to send written authorisation to the Registry quoting your Securityholder Reference Number and signing your request or you may make the changes online at http://www.investorcentre.com/au/bankinginstruction.

Q: When is the next distribution payment from BWP?

Q: What is the DRP and how can I participate?
A: The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) allows unitholders to reinvest their distributions for additional units free of brokerage charges and at a discount to the market price at a level (if any) determined by the directors. Historically, the discount has been 2.5 per cent. Participation in the plan is optional. To participate it is necessary to fill in an application form and send it to the Registry (see Investor Relations – Distribution Reinvestment History) or online http://investorcentre.com/au/drp.

Q: How do I receive my payments (distributions) from BWP?
A: Unitholders can elect to receive a cheque, or have their payment paid directly into their bank, building society or credit union, or reinvest their proceeds into additional units via the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) when the DRP is active.

Q: Where can I find the current unit price?
A: The current unit price is available on our home page. The current unit price can also be found on the Australian Stock Exchange website (www.asx.com.au) or in the “Industrial” section in daily newspapers – code BWP.

Q: How do I invest - how do I buy/sell units?
A: Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust is listed on ASX. Therefore to purchase or sell units it is necessary to contact your broker. If you do not already have a broker you can call the ASX Broker Referral Service line on 1300 300 279 or go to their website: www.asx.com.au.
